US LLC corporate filing

YOU WILL NEED: (1) USD credit/debit card; (2) US residence & billing address. I need to file a periodic report for my Colorado-based LLC. The report is an extremely simple form (here's an example: [login to view URL]); it's 2 pages long, the first page is pre-filled in automatically, and the whole process is through a simple online form. All in all it will take about 5 minutes. The only problem is, the filing involves a $10 fee which must be paid to the Secretary of State (online) by a debit/credit card WITH A US BILLING ADDRESS. Non-US residents, and those without a credit or debit card, are not able to make the payment (I live outside the US). So I need someone to make the filing. I will give instructions on how to get to the form (no login required), and step-by-step how to complete it (basically, you must just fill in your own name since you are filing the form). Then you just pay the $10 fee to the Secretary of State and it's done. Obviously the fee should be re-invoiced as an expense under the project. To reiterate, this is an 'execution only' project. I will give specific instructions to guide you through the process, which should only take a few minutes to do.
