Hello Freelancers! I am an entrepreneur / independent contractor who is starting a company that will pair busy professionals, business owners and other entrepreneurs with virtual executive "consultants". You, the virtual executive consultant will do much more for the clients than an "assistant". You are a freelancer and you run your own business / independent contracting services. Therefore, you deserve the respect and title as such. I am looking for a virtual executive consultant for myself to help me with a few things here and there until the company is up and running. Right now I am doing work for the clients myself as an executive consultant but I will be transitioning my clients to my new virtual executive consultant team as soon as the company website is done and I build more business. Right now I will have about 2-5 hours of work a week for you and as we build a relationship then I will delegate more work to you. Exceptional applicants who are not hired to be my virtual assistant will be considered in the future when I launch the business (within the next 45-60 days). So, in the meantime, I will need someone to take care of a few things. .:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets / Google Docs and other Google Apps You must be extremely organized and always thinking and planning ahead Weekly reports of how much time you have spent on each task and the order in which you are completing them Passionate about administration and organization 5+ years experience is preferred Please put the word "parakeet" in with your proposal / response so that I know you have read this brief entirely. Any responses without the key word "parakeet" will be completely ignored, even if you meet the requirements. It will show me your attention to detail and thorough interest in the project. .:BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:. These are not required for the job but are a bonus if you are familiar with them becasue I do a lot of website work for some of my clients. I will be building a website / graphic design team independent of the Virtual Consultant team but big bonus if you have these skills: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and / or Wordpress, Java Script, HTML, C++, PHP knowledge! Graphic design and website design Website design, SEO or online marketing Familiarity with the project management system Asana I will be conducting interviews via Zoom or Skype video conferencing. You must speak fluent English to qualify for the position. This is so that we will have crystal clear communication and that my clients will be able to communicate with you efficiently if you need to speak with them.
