You Will:
Accurately and efficiently process new small package customer orders in carrier website and print shipping labels for material handlers.
Accurately process all returns in the ERP database and print corresponding barcode labels for the reverse logistics department.
Maintain excel spreadsheet of returned items for the reverse logistics department.
Assist with cycle counts of warehouse inventory.
Provide general office and other warehousing support as required.
You Have:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
An understanding of general inventory control principles
Good communication skills in English both verbal and written
Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills
High level of proficiency in Excel and data entry
Flexibility to work as part of a team to get the job done
**Bonus if you have:
Experience with ERP/MRP software specifically Apprise/NetSuite
Knowledge of reverse logistics and remanufacturing processes
