We are looking to outsource the following tasks: Contact with Amazon support Contact with Amazon customers E-mail responding to customers asking about shipping and such Create shipments to Amazon and then e-mail warehouse Taking in estimates for shipping pallets Taking in estimates for new suppliers Using Amazon monthly average to plan new shipments Plus other administrative tasks. You will work four hours Monday - Friday. We start at 08.30 or 09.00 standard European Time. You are a fast learner with a sense for details and doing the work perfectly. You can do educated guesses and work on your own. You never lie.

I read and understood your requirements and I am sure i will be best suitable for this position since i have good experience in handling customer care work you have listed here, I have handled customer care for companies - Altius technologies ( they provide templates through knowledge base ) and Blisstel communications Support ( handled calls as well as tickets via fresh desk) . Iroams network ( ebay, amazon and santa medical ). Can do a trial period of one week , if you are satisfied you can hire me for long term. Hello, I am a professional ecommerce/customer support expert, having a good hand on product research, customer support, order processing, inventory management and products listings on various platforms like Amazon, ebay, Aliexpress, Shopify, Magento, and Woocommerce for over 8 years. I will perform order follow up on customers where necessary, updating with track number, contacting amazon seller support when there are issues to resolve. I will also be creating shipments on amazon with the right pallet sizes and weights, getting the right amazon address and sending to the warehouse. Hello, I worked as a customer service officer which my duties were on Amazon and Shopify. For Amazon, I managed all about products in USA and EU warehouse from Thailand. Plus, I've been working as a marketing assistant (Shopify and Wordpress) for 2 years to do all about management (Spreadsheet and Excel), importing products, marketing research and many parts of the projects. Hello, I hope I can help you with this project; I am not sure 100% but if Amazon is something like e bay I surely can help you. About my experience with ebay : selling different items and own (collectibles), answer to customers, refund or returns and messages to ebay, paying for monthly bills to Paa pal. Also I had some part time (no pay) on a Romanian soccer forum for collectors.
