We're looking for a virtual assistant to complete projects that are anticipated to require approximately {25} hours per week. The work will include the following: - Schedule meetings and manage daily calendar - Handle financial matters such as expense reports - Make business purchases and deal with vendors Skills required: - Familiar with MS word and Excel. - Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat - Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Google Calendar People that I have worked with in the past would describe me as a woman with the big heart.

Responsible for maintenance of books of Accounts, Preparation of final Accounts, preparation of periodic expenditure.  Preparation of staff salaries and detail of daily routine and miscellaneous site expenditure.  Responsible for keeping the grant files updated with budgets, grant contracts and agreements.  Conduct internal audits of the sub grantees / sub recipients regularly, to ensure that all financial procedures are carried out in line.  Assist in making payments to all vendors, suppliers, services provider etc.  To keep, update and reconcile the expatriate’s receivable accounts including their local pays, housing allowance and other associated costs. • Able to track the financial aspects of projects. • Responsible for preparation of projection reports, analysis. • To help the restructure the financial infrastructure of the company. • Responsible to maintain inventory details & provide weekly, daily in-out reports of store items. • Responsible for preparation of various periodic expenditure reports. • Responsible for the accuracy of various financial reports. • To give the management various ideas about how we minimize project cost. • Responsible for preparation of various periodic expenditure reports. • Responsible for the accuracy of various financial reports. • To give the management various ideas about how we minimize project cost.
