Excel Work We are the touroperator in Thailand. On yearly basis we updated our price sheet with new rates from our partners-hotels. Once we prepare fare sheet, we need to recalculate it again into the desired quotation. There are many quotation based for different agent's company. Please see attached file .In this picture you can see our faresheet, it is made in excel. Each column has information and rates, such as sgl, dbl, triple and etc. We need to recalculate each column with different parameter. Example: sgl room (2000+150)/37 that means we mark up the price for 200 and then divide it into US rate. It is important that mark up rate and usd rate can be changed at any time. So the faresheet will be updated with new parameters. Recalculation formula and options will be hide and an agent will not see such function, this is for local use only. So we can transfer all data (faresheet) to new format, can be word document, PDF and excel. In our local excel file, we can input parameters and click the button recalculate!
