The Recruiter Specialist will take care of sourcing bilingual and/or highly skilled technology professionals for several roles within the company.
What you would do is to handle a variety of recruiting tasks for GTeam FZ LLC's unique recruitment model. Right now that means:
Seeking out qualified candidates and utilizing all available recruiting tools including: social media, job boards, and employee referrals. You will use Social Media platforms (like LinkedIn, Viadeo, Xing, Google and other) and post ads regularly to find highly technical or unique candidates for specific jobs (mostly bilingual, technical, or engineering).
Invite and process candidates through our recruitment process.
Keep the pipeline tracker updated.
You should have the ability to:
Be an active social networker (LinkedIn, Viadeo and Xing user very comfortable connecting with people online and offline that knows how to maintain and grow your network)
Post job ads, research and web browsing
Interpret job descriptions swiftly in order to run searches
Be independent but still a team player
Be organized and prioritize tasks by urgency and importance
Maintain focus as well as multi-task
Work in an extremely fast paced environment
What else you’ll need for the job:
Good communication skills in English – spoken and written
Video Skype capability, webcam, and you know how to use them to talk with us and do daily work.
Knowledge of Google Docs
A plus if you are native speaker in: French, German, Finnish, Italian, Japanese or Dutch
Knowledge of programming languages preferred for sourcing technical candidates.
We pay $5/hour ($200 fixed-price payment for a trial job if that trial leads us to hire you). We work with you through one of several approved staffing and payment platforms which will charge a percentage fee on your gross earnings, but you understand how those are. For United States citizens and permanent residents, we pay $4/hour because we have to cover W-2 processing.
