Input and organize data in excel

Looking for someone with excellent excel and analytical skills to help me input data into excel and logically organize using excel functionalities to make easier the input of data, based on drop down selection of options. This excel file will later be populated with company datails, under each corresponding description. Each company list with be assigned a corresponding code Section Division Group Class Subclass class CITA Subclass CITA Sequencial No. The excel file attached shown an example of how the it should look like, and how the code are to be input to the excel file from the attached word documents. It is just copying to excel and organazing logically, and come up with proposal for inputing companies into each corresponding description and assign corresponding codes. The company details will include: Address Telefone Fax Website Mobile site e-mail Location Sub-Location Published Date Tax Payer ID number
