Write student accommodation descriptions

Each student accommodation description/data entry is worth 1.5 USD. I have several hundred of these to be done and more in the future. Each description should equate to an average of 90-150 words plus a tiny bit of data entry into an excel graph. Let me know how many jobs you want and how long it will take you. Please write a test description for this property: [login to view URL] Brief: The descriptions and information being taken from the websites is for a new website which has independent information about student accommodation in the UK. The student accommodation is commonly referred to as student halls or just halls. Feel free to use a mixture of both. The main purpose of this task is to gather information that is very similar to what is on the student accommodation websites already but without the biased, selling aspect and avoiding copyright. This information must not be selling the properties but simply informing students about what each property consists of. Property description instructions (in order): 1. Write the name of the student hall and the provider’s name and the city where it is. 2. If there is any information about the date of completion of the building or number of occupants. 3. Using the photos or website description describe the style of the building’s interior, exterior and its layout. 4. If there are any striking features mention these. (especially communal areas eg. Common room, roof terrace etc…) Don’t mention features that are boring or standard. 2-3 max 5. Any routes or distance to uni information 6. Any information about the local area (bars, clubs, resturants, nightlife, transport etc…) Do not: • Make assumptions – only write what can be proven as true. • Have an opinion – the descriptions are to only be factual and unbiased so try to keep everything just informative. Most importantly do not try and sell the student halls. • Mention “bills included”, “wifi” or “contents insurance”, “maintenance team”, “laundry” students already know this stuff. Example: Unite Studio 58 is located in a very central area of Bristol. The modern building offers well finished and neatly decorated rooms to students looking for a good and clean living environment. The kitchens also have sleek fittings and provide a good standard of living and cooking space. Students have available to them a common area which is great for socializing and meeting new people, it also gives more space to escape from the bedroom. On top of this there is a study area students use to have convenient and productive study sessions together. The student halls is conveniently located near University of Bristol which is only 10 minutes away. *The descriptions must be no less than 90 words and should be in the range of 90-110 words. Room description instructions: There may be up to 10 room types, if there is more only do 10, however normally there is about 3. Each room type must have its own description which a lot of the time this will be the same or similar to a previous room type so it makes it easier. Also it will not be possible to find information on all room types, some sites don’t put this information up so in this case just leave it. Do not include: • Availability • Tenancy start date • Tenancy length • Deposit amount Example: Premium Range 1 Ensuite Rooms are in a flat of 5 people that all share a kitchen and lounge area together. The rooms all have spacious three quarter beds. *This should be as close to 30 words as possible. There is an excel graph which has the name of the property and the management team of the hall. There is also a URL link which should direct you to the website you need to get the information of. There is also an address that needs to be collected for each hall and a price for each room type which can all be entered into the excel file. There is a box for each piece of information on the excel graph, including up to 10 rooms’ details if necessary.
