I have an restaurant website that needs menus updated. The menus are either pdfs of faxed menus, pdfs or restaurants own personal webpages. I can ocr the PDF's to help out. The menus need to be reformatted using xml type tags. 100% accuracy is essentual. Thats the hardest part of the project. Project would be ongoing, but initially based on a 10 menu project size.
