From the first enquiry to the final handshake, I need you to own every stage of the conversation, using sharp sales-negotiation skills to turn serious buyers into loyal customers. There are two seats at the table—a senior spot for a proven closer ready to drive strategy and mentoring, and a junior spot for a hungry self-starter who wants to grow fast while hitting clear targets. Whichever chair you take, the yard is your stage: walk the rigs, highlight the details that matter to owner-operators and fleet managers alike, and seal the deal with confidence. Deliverables • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and lot walk-ins within agreed turnaround times • Conduct on-site or virtual walk-arounds of inventory, emphasising value and ROI • Negotiate price, finance, and trade-in terms to meet or exceed monthly unit targets • Accurately log all activity in our CRM and hand completed paperwork to admin for processing Acceptance criteria: closed deals must be fully documented in the CRM, signed by the buyer, and cleared by finance.
