Order Assistance Telecalling Support

I need a reliable telecaller who can focus exclusively on customer service calls that help our clients place or clarify their orders. Every interaction should be warm, concise, and solution-oriented so customers feel guided from the moment the phone rings until their purchase is confirmed. Your day will revolve around: • Calling customers who have shown intent to buy and walking them through the ordering steps • Answering product or delivery questions on the spot so no follow-up is required • Recording outcomes in our CRM immediately after each call for full traceability I will provide a short script, product FAQs, and CRM access. You simply bring a pleasant phone manner, steady internet, and the self-discipline to keep accurate call notes. A summary report of completed calls and any unresolved issues at the end of each shift will serve as the main acceptance criteria. If you have prior experience handling order assistance or similar customer service campaigns, I’m ready to get started right away.
