I need two reliable community managers who can split the day and night shifts so our Facebook and Instagram channels are monitored every hour of the week. The mandate is brand-protection first: our pages must stay welcoming, on-message and free of anything that could damage reputation. You will work entirely inside Meta Business Suite. No canned scripts are required, simply respond in a helpful, brand-appropriate tone within a strict one-hour window whenever a comment or direct message lands. Key deliverables • Real-time moderation: reply to every comment or DM within 60 minutes, 24/7. • Reputation control: delete any negative or hostile remark, block the user and record the action for my daily review. • Positive amplification: reshare stories and tags that cast us in a good light. Success is measured by 100 % compliance with the one-hour response rule, clean audit logs of removals/blocks and concise end-of-shift reports.
