IE 10 vertical alignment - repost

Greetings! After struggling for days with the placement of social media buttons on my site I am finally down to one culprit. That's IE 10, of course. The Google+, Facebook Like, and Twitter Tweet buttons look fine in every other single browser, but appear too low in IE 10. Please view the attachment. I prefer the buttons match the height on the page of the two titles they are nested between. REQUIREMENT: The fix for this should only be made by editing lines 289-321 of /css/ie.css. Obviously, IE 8 & 9 must remain intact once the work is complete. Please reread this project post before bidding.
