We need a joomla 3.0 template created based on the attached designs. The menu on the home page will a rollover menu and the large picture behind it will be a slideshow. The inner page menu navigation will move to the top of the page and the large image will no longer be a slideshow but a header image that changes on every page.
Please make sure this works in all browsers including Safari.
We need this completed by the end of the day on Monday.
