We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in finance, lending, and credit analysis processes, and capable of supporting mortgage operations efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities: • Assist with mortgage applications, processing, and documentation. • Conduct credit checks, financial analysis, and risk assessments. • Coordinate with clients, lenders, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing. • Maintain accurate records and update mortgage databases. • Provide timely reports and insights on mortgage pipelines. • Support ad-hoc finance and lending tasks as required. • Other Admin tasks. Requirements: • Proven experience in finance, lending, or credit analysis. • Strong understanding of mortgage processes and documentation. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and financial software tools. • Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time in Australian time zone.
