Enhancing Training Material and Spell Checking

BRIEF ABOUT THE PROJECT • The Bidder initiated a task to create a training material for a Project Management Professional (PMP) course in PowerPoint Presentation that will be converted later to PDF files. • The material divided into 18 Power point file which in plain text and black & white only. Each files contain between 10 to around 75 slides. Each file covers a course knowledge area. The files are created with various format such as google slides and MS PowerPoint. Hence, no consistency in the formats. (add the number of pages for each slide) • The course is enhance with figures to demonstrate and explain the ideas. Figures are created using Visio then converted to jpg format. Other figures are in PNG format. WHY IS THIS PROJECT Owner of the project believe the course content is completed. However, the material is not attractive since it is plain text in black and white. Objective is to make the training material MORE ATTRACTIVE, CONSISTENT, and MORE UNDERSTANDABLE taking in account this course will be presented to potential project manager, to middle Management, and to top management. WORK REQUIRED: The requirements are listed with the highest priority 1. Due to the fact the presentations slides are in black and white, the material need to be enhanced graphically to be more attractive to the students without affecting the content. The files delivered from the freelancer will be PowerPoint and convertible to PDF file format. The freelancer is expected to be creative and add his touch to develop and help the project owner with this task. 2. Ensure the spell checking and the terminologies are correct in the freelancer deliverables against the source of the material. The source of the material will be supplied by the bidder. 3. Ensure the consistency and the formatting alignment for all the slides (such as font type, headlines font size, the numbering or bullets style) 4. Ensure to add page number, date, and copy right statement at the start of each chapter page, 5. The freelancer will provide an empty template for all pages types for future use. 6. The freelancer will provide the formatting guide for the document. For example: font sizes for all the material components such as: chapter page font type and size, sub headline size, numbering style, and the material font size. ASSUMPTIONS: 1. The freelancer have the free to change the material formatting such as the font type, change letter case (capital or small), change the location of the paragraphs on the page, add headlines, or change alignment. Any change is possible but it should not affect the content or the sequence of the content of the course 2. The project owner will supply the freelancer with the training material, source of the material to check spelling, and the figures in the project including the Visio documents. 3. Since this training material is expected to be used in many institute clients, the design should be editable so that a. a training institute logo only can be inserted in in the training material b. or a client logo and training institute log both can be inserted in the training material. 4. The colors of the training material theme can be change with minimum effort. 5. Since this training material may be enriched with additional information later, it should be possible to add, delete, or edit any slide. Also, slides can be added, or deleted. CONDITIONS The row material of this course is a personal effort for 2 months of the project owner time, for this reason, the freelancer don’t have the right to copy, send, use, or share any part of the material and figures during or after the project. The project owner will exclusively have the ownership of the project deliverables. Since the project deliverables are becoming owned by the project owner, the freelancer must get rid of all of the project material after the closure of the project.
