Freelance writers needed for UK lifestyle web site

Autumn 2007 see’s the launch of an exciting new UK-based nightlife / lifestyle web "bible" aimed at an aspirational 21-35 audience, who enjoy working hard and playing even harder. We are currently looking to find a handful of bright, creative, and slightly irreverent freelance writers, who can boast a bold, yet fluent and clear writing style with a distinctive edge and a keen eye for detail. On an immediate basis we are looking to produce a rich array of content for our initial launch, and then have a requirement for regular contributors thereafter. Although guidance will be given, you will be encouraged to pitch in your own ideas for content. We welcome bids from freelancers wherever you are based, however because of our target audience, UK-based freelancers and those with intimate experience of life, love and a night on the town in the UK are going to be at a distinct advantage. We also welcome those who have little or no industry experience - if you think you have what it takes, don’t be afraid to come and sell yourself. Quality is more important to us than price, so please bid realistically, and we welcome examples of any work you've done in the past which you believe may be relevant.
