Situation
We have recently had our website [login to view URL] rewritten in Joomla to reflect our company's product range. In Google UK we rank fairly well.
Problem
From Google Analytics we can see that our visitor numbers are down, visitors do not see many pages and so do not see the range of products that we sell.

Target
1. Organic search
UK initially on basic terms such as call recording, phone call recording etc (we can give a list).
2. Get visitors to see more around the site:
While we started as a call recording company, we now do many different products, mostly based around the Sense call recording. So we need to tune the site to get traffic on all these areas (which is how the products section of the website is split up at [login to view URL]

Notes
I don’t think that we are trying to score highly with such a general term such as VoIP. Rather, we want more visitors to our site of people who could buy what we do. There is no point in scoring well for people who don’t want what we do, and so won’t buy our products.

Stage 2
Natural search in other countries: the website has been constructed to be able to presented in different languages, and from Google Analytics we can see that we get quite a lot of visitors from outside the UK.
Target people that would benefit from what we do but have not realised it yet. For this, we would be interested at looking at advertising on other websites for click-throughs to see if it works.
