Edit Real Estate Book that I have Written into 10-15 Chapters

I'm looking for somebody who is very familiar with real estate to put together a book for myself. I have the following draft of chapters and have completed about 67,000 words of my own works for the book. The material I have produced is from a transcription of my audio of different aspects of buying and selling residential and multi family properties. I am able to provide a vast amount of non-original raw material as bits & pieces, and I need the successful bidder to extract the relevant info out of it. Extra research will be required as well. The book needs to be engaging to the reader. The chapters can be added too as well as several topics will not fit neatly in each chapter. The beginning of the chapter will focus on single family residential homes/condos/townhomes and the last part of the chapter will focus on the multi family aspects of the theme of that chapter. In addition I have had other experts in their fields contribute to the chapters indicated below. The only chapter I don’t have any information on is for the accounting aspects of real estate investing. I’d have you do the research into that area (I’ll provide the topics for the chapter). From your research and writing I’ll have my accountant review and make changes. We would need about 2000 words for this chapter. Suggestions to the layout and addition of chapters or the division of large topics into separate chapters is expected. Here is my first draft of the chapters for the book. I’m looking for someone to pull together my materials and help me get the book ready for publishing. I’ll include all of the text along with my additional materials that I use as a realtor. The completed work will belong to me solely and you will have no right for resale or publishing. The materials I’ve had transcribed overlap with one another so there is a definite need to remove repeated material. However material that is in the single family home section may overlap with the multi family section that’s OK. Just want to eliminate overlap within a section itself. Here is the overview of chapters. How to Buy and Sell Real Estate to Create Wealth – The Canadian Residential and Multi-Family Edition Introduction Acknowledgements Chapter 1 – Why Real Estate? Advantages and Disadvantages Chapter 2 – Begin With the End in Mind Chapter 3 – The Real Estate Cycle in the Real Estate Market Chapter 4 – Economic Fundamentals Chapter 5 – Investment Strategies Chapter 6 – Finding the Right Properties Chapter 7 – Professionals to Use Chapter 8 – Financing Your Real Estate Purchase-I have material from 2 mortgage brokers to use here. Chapter 9 – Legal-I have material from 2 lawyers to use here. Chapter 10 – Taxes and Accounting-I’m looking for input and research here. I’ll include topics to research. Chapter 11 – Marketing Strategies Chapter 12 – Negotiation Chapter 13 – Managing the Property-I have a property manager’s summary for here to use. Chapter 14 – Exit Strategies Chapter 15 – Selling Your House Chapter 16 – Showing Your House Chapter 18 – Showcasing Your House-I have an article from a home stager to use here-plus the material I have written. Chapter 19 – Marketing Your House Chapter 20 – Forms Chapter 21 – Glossary Chapter 22 – Index-I’ll need a hand here to index the key words. Chapter 23 – Bibliography Appendices I'm looking for at least 200 pages in Word format (I'll convert it to pdf later). Besides good content it should also have a professional look to it, a table of contents, good use of different font sizes etc, subheadings that are underlined to point to a transition in the chapter to a new topic. Of course no plagiarism, no copyrighted or licensed material to be used for the research work-copyscape for the accounting chapter to be used. If you have access to and can insert relevant, non-copyrighted stock photos this would be a bonus - please indicate this in your bid. As this is considered 'work for hire' the copyright of the final book and all rights will stay with me/my company after payment of your fee. If anything is not clear please ask all questions before you bid, it saves all of us a lot of frustration. And again, you need to know golf to do this well! Highlights: - The writer must have the ability to write and speak fluently in English - You should check for any grammar or spelling errors - All rights, copyrights will belong to the buyer after the payment. The end work can not be used in any manner. - You must be reachable by email promptly. - Articles need to be delivered on time. I may cancel the payment if not delivered as promised. - I need the book about 15-20 days after the service provider is selected. You would also be getting more new work after this project. So think of it as a long term project. Please, send me your sample work too. I will be seeking someone to edit my follow up book which will focus on the use of real estate as an investment vehicle and applying specific strategies to multiply your real estate holdings over a five year period. I too will be looking for a writer to summarize books that I have read and create 500 word Book Reports. If you have any questions please PM. In summary: You’ll receive material that I have had transcribed- some overlap will be found. I’ll include other ideas for additional chapters too. You’ll receive material that I presently use in a Buyer and Seller Guide that may be added to my chapters to round out the material. I have additional reports that will beef up some of my material that may not explain enough in one area. The additional contributors have sent their material to me too. I’ll include that too so it can be added into the book format. I’m considering adding all of the contributors material at the end of the book as a series of appendices so the chapters in the book are my material and the appendices are the contributors material. If that makes sense to you too we’ll remove the specific chapters and simply indicate in the appropriate spots to refer to Appendix A or Appendix D and so on. I have seen bids in the $200 range for similar projects and up to $300 or so. I will not be accepting bids above $400.
