Bylyngo Interpreting & translation is in need of an administrative assistant who can guide us in every aspect of our new startup. *Communicate and collaborate with our web development company on a daily basis and help test website functions. *Implement new processes and technology. *Provide daily assistant to director *Research competitors *Schedule appointments OFFICE SUPPORT Assist with our web developers in communicating our idea, goals and needs. Testing and reviewing the developers building the website. Providing content ideas for website Word Excel Power Point Knowledge of SEO is a plus. Candidate must be a self-motivated INDEPENDENT learner willing to dedicate time to researching and learning everything about the translation and interpreting business and be willing to collaborate with our team to achieve desired results. Also Great busness writing skills are a must. Hours are 1-3 hours per day or as needed. American English speaking skills are a MUST. Please attach a voice sample if possible. I usually charge $12+ for my services but for the sake of business relationship, I am willing to provide this service for your company at a fraction of my usually charged fee. I am also willing to work 4 hours a day through Monday to Sunday. Thus, I can work 28 hours every week. Upfront, I may not fit in, as I don't have the "American English" accent, but I still take the courage to bid for job, as I feel that the responsibilities listed in the post really don't seem to have much relevance with the accent. So here I go. I particularly feel suited for this job due to my programmer experience (which can cover my lack of VA experience). You can expect knowledge of MS Office, Google Apps and other internet skills. On a programmer level I have worked on Mainframes and Microsoft Frameworks(desktop and web).
