We need a competent copywriter (real estate writing experience preferred) to help take area and neighborhood text/facts/stats we have collected + do some independent searches to fill in the gaps, and organize the information for our neighborhood landing pages, writing, finessing and presenting the info in a way that sells the neighborhood.
I listed the main categories we need help with below and included an example of the website we are replicating for reference. Know we have 12 neighborhoods in total we want to do for Phase 1, but would the first neighborhood, Pelican Bay, as a test run. Phase 2 of the project (once the copy for Phase 1 is all done for the 12 neighborhoods) would have you help us build out the remaining 4 main categories below for each of the 12 neighborhoods (the more detailed info).

-Subheader tag line - need help pulling out a good tag line for each neighborhood
-Paragraph - need help writing 5-10 sentences with our guidance on the high points to include
-What Makes ‘Neighborhood’ Stand Out - bullets - need help writing the bullets with our guidance on which points to include
-Video - no help needed here, this is just a placeholder for a 60-90 sec neighborhood video we are creating
-“Neighborhood” Real Estate Highlights - my husband will create the market statistics
