Content Creator / Creative Consultant for Social Media Concepts

We are looking for a highly creative freelance content consultant to help us develop a strong, recurring video format for social media—similar in style to Max Klymenko’s educational and engaging short-form content (e.g., “career ladder” style videos). Our companies include a film production studio and a travel brand, and we want to build compelling, story-driven content that increases visibility and audience engagement. We’re not looking for someone to edit or film—this role is all about ideas, concepts, and format development. Responsibilities: - Brainstorm and propose original social video formats and storytelling styles - Create content frameworks we can replicate across topics - Provide guidance on tone, structure, hooks, and visual approach - Advise on trends and platform-specific best practices (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts) We’re looking for someone who: - Has strong experience in social media content strategy - Understands narrative-driven short-form content - Can bring fresh, viral-ready creative ideas If you’re an ideas person with a strong feel for modern content formats, we’d love to work with you!
