Urgent looking for someone strong in Cryptography, Encryption and Algorithms

Looking for someone who has a strong understanding of Cryptographic concepts and algorithms. Eg. PKI, Ciphers, Encryption, Decryption, Diffie-Helmen Key Exchange, Hashing and Digital Signatures etc. Have quick and urgent work to do be done by today, it will probably take no longer than an hour to complete.
