Hair Chemist needed for creating my own natural hair care line

Needs to hire 3 Freelancers I am looking into launching my own natural hair care product line and I am looking for a freelancer with 10+ years experience in chemical products that are natural and safe. This will be a unique product line that is mainly geared towards women of color with natural hair. I am interested in shampoos, conditioners, leave in conditioners, setting lotions, kinky twist gels that have natural moisturizers and no dye. I am a natural Platinum Gray and that is what my line is going to be geared towards. With my hair I cannot use any products that obtain any dye or color as it turns my hair colors. It is hard for me to find products that don't flake my scalp and keep my hair looking white/platinum and not yellowish or whatever color. My scalp gets very irritated so I am looking to create a moisturizer that helps protect my scalp as well as a shampoo and conditioner that keeps it looking white and shinny. This is something I am really interested in doing and I am trying to find out the best way to get started.
