FULL TIME POSITION We are looking to expand our team in China and are looking for a Project Manager / Sourcing position to be filled. About Us: InventIt Products Corporation is a British Columbia, Canada based product development firm. InventIt! was created to help the everyday person achieve their dreams as well as established companies by taking invention ideas and products from concept to reality. We specialize in consumer goods product development including design, patent & IP protection, 3D printing & prototyping, injection mold creation, manufacturing & sourcing, quality control, packaging, retail displays, warehousing and logistics. We develop products from something as simple as a bathroom utility product all the way up to complex electronics. The Job: Source Quality Parts Arrange Tooling Quote Arrange Samples Oversee Product Development Oversee Prototyping Arrange Quality Control Arrange Logistics Requirements of Freelancer: - You may be required to use our internal project management software. - You will be required to be available for a weekly video call with the team based on mutually available time between yourself and the Project Manager. - You will be required to be on video chat with the other members of the team on a regular basis to discuss project specific details based on mutually available time between team members. - You will be required to take it upon yourself to speak to other members of the team to ensure seamless product development and that your portion works with the rest of the project to avoid development delays and incorrect designs. - Sign an NDA - Immediately notify us of any conflict of interest in current and future products you are working on. Ideal Candidate: Self Motivated Highly Educated Worked for a Major Company Team Player Read, Write, Speak English Flawlessly 7+ years of experience in your respective field Use engineering software Can read engineering drawings Deep understanding of electronics Deep understanding of production We are currently prototyping 5 custom products in China right now and always have custom product we are developing.
