Write Software that identifies a given text

Hello, I am a professional C# programmer based in Poland. I can offer a solution which is based on counting trigraphs (sets of three letters) in a given text. Step 1: analyze a large amount of text of which the language is already known, so a trigraph frequency table can be generated for the given language. Step 2: to identify the language of a given text we can count the trigraphs of that text and compare it to the available trigraph frequency tables.
