C# WPF App (.NET Framework) - Messaging and Graph display

This task is for the front end development of a WPF app using c# and the MVVM design pattern. The finished product needs to be free from restrictions and not contain any copyrighted material. This project will not be using any 3rd party frameworks or libraries you or your company maintains. Any and all 3rd party libraries will need to be approved prior to use. I am a full time C# developer and plan on going thru every line of code so please make sure your code is clean. Design and style is extremely important for this project so please do not bid unless you are an expert in WPF front end design. With regards to the back end most of the business logic is out of scope and not part of this job. I will not be using any frameworks for this project so you will need to implement the MVVM patern. The ViewModel should not reference the views so you will need to implement INotifyPropertyChanged and probably dependency injection. Overview – We have hundreds of customers and each customer has thousands of incoming and outgoing messages. A one to many relationship to the customers and a one to many relationship to the messages. The application will be for searching and displaying messages based on a filtered customer set as well as graphing data. The filtered customer list will be send to the messaging or graphical view model and a list of messages or graphical data will be returned for display. You are not responsible for the business logic but mock data should be used to show functionality. No messages need to be sent from the application it is for display purposes only.
