Simple Search Toolbar For Windows

Looking for an intermediate windows desktop application developer to develop a Search App. The app will run like a service and user will be able to access the search capabilities by clicking on the search icon in the toolbar. Once the search keywords have been entered, the user will be redirected to one of the search engines configured in the app. Mockup designs will be provided for the app. Following would be the workflow and requirements: 1). The app will run as a background service and also as a startup service once installed on a machine. 2). The user will be able to either input the search keyword or use the microphone for speech to text conversion. 3). User will be redirected to a SERP(Search Engine Result Page) as is configured in the app's default search engine. 4). Apart from this the app will also have an internal update functionality where it'll query/ping an update URL to check for any app updates and update the app if any new version is available. The app will have to be delivered in two formats, one with the just the binary and one bundled/packaged with NSIS installer.
