1. Trendline alarms: currently you can only set an alarm on a horizontal level
2. Copy parallel Trendline: user can define the offset in pips and two lines appear on either side of the trendline that is selected. The default line style would be yellow, and dotted. A bonus would be to fill the area with a light colour, default would be a light yellow.
a. An enhancement would be to have the parallel line automatically created based on the alarm setting on item “1”, and once price action say drifts away from the alarm trigger the parallel line will be deleted. This would be one of the indicators that would feed into the “Screener”
3. News Feed: import news feeds such that the relevant news feed appears on the currency and corresponding pairs as a vertical line:
a. Impact level, default setting “Medium” & “High” Impact” news based on country/central bank – default settings: USA, CAN, GBP, GER, EUR, AUS, JPN, NZD.
b. Right Clicking, or hovering over the line would display the upcoming event, and the key information:
i. Date/Time of event
ii. Key measurements, Previous, Forecasted, and Actuals if they are available.
c. The default setting to display news events for time period would be the current week.
d. Default colour would be as follows:
i. for high impact news a red dashed line
ii. for medium impact news amber dashed line
