Hi guys i need help in a project :
The task is to create a specification of a raster graphic file that registers a 64 color image (using 64 imposed and 64 dedicated colours) and a 64-degree gray scale in all cases based on ByteRun or RLE compression ( the type of compression is chosen by the converter, the algorithm that gives smaller size of the resulting file)
The input alphabet is a 6-bit value .
It is necessary to write applications which, according to the created specification, will filter input data (adapt data to the input alphabet) and convert from a BMP file to a new type of graphic file and from a new type to the BMP format . The user should be able to choose one of three color modes (imposed palette, dedicated palette or gray scale )
