I need before bidding more information about the project. But i can drawing in Fritzing the electronic circuit with the breadboard or eagle if it's something simple, low cost will be. Deliverable items: - Arduino Code - Schematic on Fritzing or eagle. If you have question tell me everything do you need.

My bid is for control of relays (i mean setting up of the schedule) by configuration file (at the moment of uplad of the code to Arduino) or by serial monitor (simple set of commands for keyboard). Hello! I have good experience with Arduino, AVR microcontrollers and electronics. There are two ways of realisation of your device: 1. If high precision clock required - it should be realised with using external RTC module. 2. If it is not required - counting of seconds/hours/minutes can be easilly realised directly on Arduino, without other modules.
