Hire a Programmer

I am looking for a freelancer to help me with my project. The skill required is Programming. I am happy to pay a fixed priced and my budget is $100 - $300 USD. My project about calculation speed of sound in gas flow meter based on aga.10 report. Of course its code is ready in C++ programming language, but I can't run this code because the code was written in 2002 by other person. When running the code in visual basic 2016, many errors appear. however I search in internet about some and fix them. Not content appearing errors and should probably be changed in the program settings, I guess because the code running perfect in the past and the results are listed in the pdf. I upload the PDF which there are codes and explanation about. the PDF contains 2 types of code: Two groups of computer code are included in Appendix A. The first group of computer files demonstrates a C++ implementation of the AGA speed of sound calculation method. The primary goals of this implementation are clarity and compatibility with AGA Report No. 8. Consideration has also been given to secondary objectives of speed and efficiency. The second group of files may be used to create a Windows-based example application for testing or demonstrating. I would like a second code with a graphical interface is fully implemented and, if possible, like .exe file is delivered that is easily applicable. The first code is also perfect run and resolved any problems that can be added other commands to it. I would like add FOR loop in THERM class with different temperatures and pressures and fixed gas mixture then sample code produce txt file contains inputs (temperatures and pressures ) and outputs (speed of sound for specific inputs) that I can use these data and obtaining its changing procedure in matlab software.
