I have an envisioned a gossip/celebrity news/game (think gawker stalker) app that leverages both a standard website and a mobile platform; I have basic business requirements. The purpose of this contest is to plan the approach and develop a design doc and functional spec. This document will be used the development contest on scriptlance. I don't want to enter a full dev cycle until I know what technologies and methods will be necessary.
