Primary objective: increase our client base. What I expect from you: 1. A 60- to 90-day go-to-market plan outlining channels, messaging angles, and weekly activity targets. 2. Prospect lists with verified contact details and brief qualification notes. 3. Regular progress updates (at least weekly) summarizing outreach metrics, conversion ratios, and next actions. 4. Recommendations on quick-win partnerships or referral opportunities within the finance and accounting sector. Familiarity with common CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) and confidence speaking the language of accountants, CFOs, and small-business owners will be essential. If you’ve successfully scaled client bases for other bookkeeping or accounting firms, highlight the results—numbers speak louder than buzzwords.
