Site Plan Architect - Restaurants -- 2

Hello - I need a site plan for two restaurant's (Pizza Hut & Moe's), sharing a building to see if we can fit them on this lot (lot 4 on As-Built Geometric Plan pdf). A few notes:
- Moe's - on right side if your looking at the PDF. Called Preferred Drawing Building Building can stay as is with its pickup window.
- Pizza Hut - (FCD Rural CAD) this store needs to be "flipped" the pickup window is typically on the left but needs to be moved to the right. The door to get on the left needs to move to the front since that's where the pickup window will be
To reiterate both restaurants have pickup windows and we need about 40 parks. Can provide more details if needed. Ideally would like to take 0.5 acres of the site if possible. Thanks
