make the following changes to the attached archicad file and supply:
new archicad file,
pdf of elevations and plan of floors
bimx 3d walk through.
Changes...
1. Increase exterior wall width from 30cm to 50cm keeping interior dimensions unchanged.
2. add windows as shown on the attached diagrams, dimensions are given and positions are very approx. Windows should generally be placed centrally (from the interior) to the room they server. They should also be set at 60cm height from the floor unless stated otherwise. This is to all for the creation of window seats which I'm a big fan of. There are two windows at 150cm form the floor and 2 door size windows which should be set to the floor.
3. Add a wall to the north central large window to 80cm height but only to the sides, not to to obstruct the current door positions.
Note, the pink lines arbitrarily represent the ceiling/first floor structure. Upstairs (first floor) measurements should be taken from 3m height from foundation so first floor window base at 3.6m.
I would like to test the sun light positions within the house with the new window additions. The south view of the house is actually 170 degrees. The location is Rapla town, Rapla country, Estonia. Exact coordinates are:
Lat 59° 0'20.68"N
Long 24°32'51.22"E
Working with archicad etc is new to me. Would be good to hear if you need a fixed date and time for assigning sun values to the bimx walk through or can i control that?
