FRONT PORCH

Replace basic front porch with new front porch to include columns, to match existing main house with pergola style roof. I attached a survey to show the location on the house. It will fit in the 13'5" x 14'2" cut in on the right side of the house. The steps will start from the left side wall and be about 48" wide and imbedded into the porch. The stone veneer is about 18" high from the ground then about 10" of space will need to be wrapped with green aluminum to match the main house between the 2 columns and on the right side return to the house. The top of the deck will sit about 30" from ground level. The 2 columns, one on the right side of the steps and one on the right side corner will hold up the pergola style roof with 5v or corrugated sheet metal roof. It will be attached to the existing roof with roof risers. Because of the columns I think the footers will need to be 20 wide 12" thick, with re bar and filled, not sure on size of footer. Lastly railings for the stairs and between the columns and the return back to the house. I need complete drawings that will be approved by permitting in Pinellas county Florida.
