Develop a utility/library to render AutoCad (.dwg) files

***PLEASE READ REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING. GENERIC PLACEHOLDER BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.** Need to create an extensible module or utility program using .Net to render and extract information (e.g. room numbers) from an Autocad drawing file. The utility can be developed as a single page application for proof of concept (POC) purposes where: - a user can drag and drop or upload an Autocad file - the page will display the drawing in a web/html type format - list all the room numbers (if available) in a tabular format - allow users to select a room from the table and highlight selected room(s) on the diagram This is a preliminary POC and project may expand depending on the outcome.
