I need a clone of the following. I already have a community script, just need to be modified.

All of the features are nice, I need an additional tab for "tributes & condolences" strictly for military personels. The other one is for family, friend, stranger, etc.
On that tab, the military posting person/user can also include military seals and ranks (samples found at [url removed, login to view]:[url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]). They should also be able to post pictures, videos that show them and the subject person.
As for the non-military tributes & condolences tab, all would be just like above w/ exception of the seal, rank, etc.
I'll have to contact the flower and gift people to create affiliation.
For color scheme, I like to stick with milky white and shades of green.
