We are looking for a skilled and experienced developer to integrate a multilingual AI chatbot into our existing business WhatsApp platform. The chatbot will be developed using Google Dialogflow and tailored specifically for our online travel agency. The primary objective of this project is to enhance our customer support capabilities by providing automated assistance in both Arabic and English languages. The chatbot should be capable of handling various tasks, including booking new tickets, amending or refunding tickets, booking hotels and cars, and answering tourism-related questions using Google Dialogflow's AI capabilities. Additionally, the chatbot should seamlessly connect with our booking engine API to suggest suitable options based on customer travel dates and facilitate bookings on their behalf.
Requirements:
1. Google Dialogflow Setup: The developer will be responsible for setting up a new Google Dialogflow account and configuring it from scratch to ensure seamless integration with our existing business WhatsApp platform.
2. Multilingual Support: The chatbot should be proficient in understanding and responding to user queries in both Arabic and English languages. It should be capable of handling complex sentence structures and language nuances specific to each language.
3. WhatsApp Integration: The chatbot needs to be integrated into our existing business WhatsApp platform. It should leverage the platform's API and seamlessly interact with customers through WhatsApp, providing real-time responses and assistance.
4. Ticketing Services: The chatbot should handle various ticket-related tasks, including booking new tickets, making amendments, and processing refunds. It should provide customers with accurate information about flight options, prices, and availability.
5. Hotel and Car Rental Services: The chatbot should possess the capability to assist customers with hotel reservations and car rentals. It should provide relevant options based on user preferences, offer pricing details, and process bookings efficiently.
6. Tourism Information: The chatbot should be knowledgeable in providing general tourism-related information, such as popular destinations, attractions, local customs, visa requirements, and more. It should utilize Google Dialogflow's AI capabilities to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
7. Natural Language Processing: The chatbot should employ advanced natural language processing techniques to understand and interpret user queries accurately. It should handle variations in sentence structure, synonyms, and context to provide meaningful responses.
8. Booking Engine API Integration: The chatbot should connect seamlessly with our existing booking engine API. After the customer provides their desired travel dates, the chatbot should suggest available options and facilitate bookings on their behalf.
