Looking for Startup Company who has experience on Artificial Intelligence and willing to deliver POC for us -- 2

Hi, I am representing a company O3 IT Enterprises Pvt Ltd, India and has market presence in India, Middle East and Africa. Currently, I am looking for a startup company who has strong background of Artificial Intelligence where they can deliver few POC projects on Machine Learning to market. Once the project has awarded from client side, will be subcontract the same to the company who delivered POC to us. Project Name: Facial Recognition - Automatic Attendance and Thermal Scanner. a. Currently we have a school ERP application that runs on Python Programming Language. b. Through IP Camera the Machine Learning has to take images of Students and perform attendance as First Checkin and Last Check out. The attendance has to be applied on School ERP. C. Machine Learning has to be carried out on Cloud Services i.e Azure, AWS or Google. D. Fever Detection on Student, Staff and Visitor has to be noticed before entering the school and alert the reception on Entrance. E. When Parent enters the school to collect the student, Camera has to identify parent and alert the staff on the parent visit.
