UHT Technology, The Way to Conserve Milk Nutrients
Milk is said to be the best food for land mammal (human included) because of the composition of all the important nutrients such as: water, protein, carbohydrate, mineral, and saturated fat plus enough vitamin A, C, and D.
Differing from several decades ago, people now rarely consumes fresh milk recently milked from the cow. Fresh milk you usually consumed generally has passed certain processes, such as UHT technology, pasteurisation, or powdered milk process.
Now, we know about UHT (Ultra High Temperature) Milk which had undergone milk processing technique that is: milk is heated with temperature 135-145 C for 2-5 seconds in order to kill all harming microorganism while retaining nutrients as maximum as possible, including colour, aroma and taste.
