Writers Required - Per Hour Job, Long Term, No Timewasters Please

I am looking to add a couple of writers to my team. At the moment, we have way more work than we can handle, so we're looking to find writers who can provide a solid job, writing consistently well across different projects. You must be able to meet deadlines, and be flexible in your approach to your work. The rate we pay is $9 per hour, based on a minimum output of 1,350 word per hour (23 words per minute). Our projects are mainly rewriting from provided sources, rather than writing new material from scratch, although both skills will be required. We assign projects daily on this basis, and if we work well together you can take as many hours as you like. We can pay weekly for work ongoing. PLEASE NOTE: Don't bid on this project if you are looking for a way to make easy money at my expense. If you are prepared to do a soft hour's work and to be paid generously for it, this is an easy position - if you aren't prepared to actually do any work, obviously you cannot get paid. There is no movement on our 1,350 per hour target, and work is assigned on this basis - as any freelance writer knows, this is a more than comfortable pace. For this project, please bid on the basis of 10 hours, although you will be awarded one hour initially to see if you are a good fit. Please bear in mind we need multiple writers to join our team because of our current volumes, so if you work with us and you do a good job, there is plenty of work available for you. To be considered for the position you must: - have solid English skills, no grammar or spelling mistakes permitted - be a fast, effective worker - ability to consistently meet deadlines - ability to follow instructions is paramount.
