We are developing a series of courses for an online platform and want your help with research and development! For our other courses we have provided an outline of what the course should look like. This time we are trying a different approach. We'd like to find someone who ideally knows the topic and can help develop the structure of the course. We have a specific format (see attached) for how a completed course should look. IMPORTANT: for this stage of the project we want HEADINGS ONLY. We will develop the course content and sources in a later (larger) project phase. Clearly the person who develops the outline would have excellent chances of winning that 2nd project. Some ideas on what the outline could cover: - Why do yoga? (Benefits, Objectives) - Brief history of yoga - where does it come from - Equipment requirements (mats, blocks etc.) - Schools or Types of yoga (Hatha etc.) - Important principles (Breathing, movements, ...) - What are the first things a beginner should learn? - What about those animal positions (e.g. lotus), what are they about? ... In your response please specify your current level of knowledge about Yoga.
