Create an app to scan product bar codes and show database information

1. This project is to help Muslim consumers in Malaysia to find out more about Jakim certified halal product. The users can verify the Halal certificate instantly. 2. The users also can help other consumers by reporting to Jakim if they found any fraud Halal Logo cases. They can upload the picture of the product and email to Jakim using this App easily. 3. This App is just an interface to a database of Jakim (most updated database so far). It is very small and lightweight for all types of smartphones. It can be used for Android and iPhone (optional). 4. Users can choose to search using the camera scanner, typing or speaking using voice (optional). 5. Every user needs to sign up. It is easy to configure via their existing Gmail or Facebook account. 6. After registered their account, their search history will be stored on the server and accessible again even if they uninstall their app or exchange their smartphones.
