BLE React Native Developer

We are looking for a react native developer to take our proof of concept mobile app to a more professional level in order to conduct field tests. The work needed to be completed includes:
1. The app currently works on android and would need to work on both apple and android.
2. A global BLE manager - currently works on a series of buttons, would like this to be automatic and no need for constant reconnecting.
3. Sending JSON files to a BLE device.
4. Processing JSON information received from a BLE device.
5. Some data analytics on the information.
6. General improvement of design aesthetic.
