Hi, do you happen to have code available somewhere for preview? Also, in what language is the script done (Perl, PHP, Javascript...)? I'd be happy to check out what's going on. From your error message sounds like maybe street from form would be outside of any areas in kml-zones - would that be possible? If that's the case, would you like to change behaviour somehow? Note: bid amount and delivery time are just placeholders before knowing work amount required for project to complete.

I have quite a bit of experience with Google Maps API and have worked with KML on several occasions. I am a web developer with over 10 yrs experience in PHP, JS, HTML, CSS, XML. I have experience mapping overlays and polygons using the Google maps API. I have also worked with and created various feed platforms using XML, CSV & JSON feeds. If I can find the issue with your KML, I should be able to fix it.
