Hi there, I can certainly build this thing and I suggest the plaform Interactive Brokers where I have been working since 2018 with Python (always Python!) and I have developed a variety of strategies on any kind of instrument. Also I have deep experience about what means to work along with backtested algorithm and the issues it may have. To be honest, your description is not 100% clear to me because some points need clarification. Firstly, do you require backtesting or you already have it and you want to confirm that the trading script respects the rules? The very positive thing with Interactive Brokers is that we can use their Paper trading system to assess how well the system works without bothering for the risk of real money.
