Design an Advertisement - Newspaper Article

I have a Word Document attached. I need you to modify it so that it looks more like an actual newspaper article. I want it to appear that I clipped it from a newspaper, as it stands it just looks like a word document. I need it to look like an actual newspaper article. Things that need to be adjusted are font, typeset, character spacing, background color and so forth. Please only bid on this job if you have experience doing this, I will not pay until it looks exactly like newspaper print, must look authentic, otherwise it will not work.
